One of the common issues on 2004–2008 Lamborghini Gallardo taillights is damage to the mounting tabs. In many cases, the original tab is not simply cracked. It may be melted, distorted, missing, or too damaged to reuse.

We do not rely on glued-on or aftermarket 3D-printed tabs.

We fabricate the missing tab using ABS plastic, the same type of plastic used in the OEM Gallardo taillight housing. The ABS is nitrogen-welded and fused directly into the original housing layer by layer until the correct thickness and structure are achieved. Because the repair is made from compatible plastic and fused into the housing, it creates a true structural bond instead of a glued surface repair. The finished tab is then shaped to match the original mounting point.
