We heat, or use a sonic cutter to cut and separate the lens from the housing. -
Unlike most shops, we fully remove the factor Perma-Seal or butyl, cleaning the ridge down to bare plastic to ensure a tight, leak-proof fit.
Step 2
Surface Prep & Residue Removal

We then use specialized solvents to eliminate all residue in the ridge, ensuring a clean, leak poof bond with the new seal.
Step 3
Premium Butyl Seal for Long-Term Protection

We reseal the lens with factory-grade butyl, providing strong, weather resistant protection against moisture and fogging.
